Absolutely! We are a part of an exclusive network of the largest watch dealers in the world. If the watch you are looking for is not in stock, we are happy to source it for you. We can usually fill orders within one week, two weeks at the most.

At The Stellaris Collection, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality timepieces. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 48-hour inspection period upon receipt of your watch.
Inspection Period & Eligibility for Return
• Upon delivery, customers have 48 hours to inspect and try on their watch.
• If any issues arise within this timeframe, you may initiate a return for a full refund, provided that:
• The watch remains in its original, unworn condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
• The return request is submitted within 48 hours of the watch being marked as delivered.
• The customer covers the cost of return shipping and ensures the watch is adequately insured for its full value during transit.
Final Sale Policy
• After the 48-hour inspection period, all sales are final, and no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
• Any modifications, sizing adjustments, or signs of wear beyond the inspection period will render the watch ineligible for return.
Return Process
1. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at info@thestellariscollection.comwithin 48 hours of receipt.
2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to safely return the watch.
3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Additional Terms
• We do not accept returns for custom orders, special requests, or watches sold as “final sale.”
• The Stellaris Collection is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the watch is returned safely.
• Any return that does not comply with our policy will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Yes we do accept trades of most major brands. Please fill out the sell & trade in form so we can assess the specifics of your trade.

We accept all major forms of payment including credit, debit, wire transfer, crypto, and Affirm financing. Credit card transactions are subject to a 3.39% processing fee, crypto is 3.5% extra, and Affirm financing is 6.5% extra.

Yes! We offer financing through Affirm for an extra 6.5%.

We source our watches only from trusted sources. If we take watches in on trade from private sellers, they are authenticated before being listed for sale. All of our watches come with a 100% authenticity guarantee. Upon arrival all watches are put through a multi-point inspection process.
